The challenge
A second location for an established brand, but the client's first experience navigating a brand new commercial buildout from scratch. Landlord coordination was demanding, permitting required careful management, and every step of the process was unfamiliar territory for a business owner who had a studio to run. When the landlord's delayed delivery pushed the timeline by over six months, the project needed to stay organized and ready to move the moment the space was available.
How we solved it
We became the central point of contact between the client, landlord, contractors, and permitting authorities — translating every technical requirement into clear, manageable decisions. We kept the project organized through the delay so that when the space was finally available, the buildout could proceed without losing momentum. The client stayed focused on her business. We handled everything else.
The result
A first-time buildout, a demanding landlord, and a client who needed to focus on her business. We made sure she could.
